Invitation letters for visa purposes are available only to registered participants. The option to issue an invitation letter is available within the registration process.
At the end of the registration process, you will be able to generate an invitation letter, and you will also receive a confirmation email with a link to the invitation letter.

People from most countries in the Americas and Western Europe do not need a tourist visa to enter Greece. We suggest you contact your local Greek Embassy to confirm whether you need a visa. It is the responsibility of the N&G 2025 participant to obtain a visa if required.

The official language of the event is English. Simultaneous translation will not be provided.​

All event activities (including educational sessions, meal functions, exhibition hall, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered attendees. Non-registered guests (including children, family members, colleagues, etc.) are not allowed in any of the event areas. Badges provided at registration are required for entrance into all functions and will be strictly enforced.

During the entire Conference, attire will be business casual.

Please do not leave bags or suitcases unattended at any time, whether inside or outside the session halls. Hotels strongly recommend that you use their safety deposit boxes for your valuables.

The Conference Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.

Weather in Greece is on the cooler side at this time of year, so visitors are recommended to take warmer clothes, especially if they decide to explore the city in the evening.Kenes Group
